One thing we can promise you already: your holiday at the exclusive Uthula house will be an experience. Enjoy the view of the Indian Ocean from your bed and watch the dolphins as they leap into the waves. From June to November, it's whale season, and the marine mammals come to mate and calve in the warmer bays along the South African coast. With a little luck, you can watch the whales on their migration directly from the terrace.
The house is surrounded by tropical vegetation, home to various species of deer and vervet monkeys that may accompany you on your way to the various restaurants or to the golf course. Start or end your perfect day with a round of golf or tennis, followed by a refreshing dip in the Valley of the Pools.

For the design of our house, we hired none other than the top interior designer Boyd Ferguson, who has designed lodges like Singita among others. Inspired by the colors of South Africa, he has made Uthula a special place with his unmistakable touch. In the words of our guests: loving and luxurious.

The Uthula holiday home is nestled in the Zimbali Lake Resort, a protected estate with a golf course, tennis courts, restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities.
Directly at the house, two golf carts are available for you to explore the Zimbali Resort and its diverse leisure offerings.
